Default PvP-only weapon questions

I have seen people using weapons like Storm Bow in PvP only part of GW. How did they get such weapons since they are not available from the beginning?
I have unlocked alot of items during my roleplay game, but all of those were strings, grips, hafts and other stuff but never a complete weapon.

They put the stuff they find in the storage then transfer it to their pvp characters, or they use pve characters.

He was pretty clear.

Your RP character puts the bow into Storage.
Your PvP character goes into storage and takes it out and uses it.

Cut the crap I was asking how to use RP character for PvP, I dont need a in-depth guide on how to transfer stuff since I already got that answer once.

However BBoy_Manchild answered that question, thanks.

Go to an arena guard in Ascalon City, Yak's Bend, or Lion's Arch to enter random team arenas. Simply press the "Enter Mission" button to be put in a random team and play.
Then there's team arenas in Droknar's Forge and Tomb's from Dragon's Lair.
Hopefully I didn't make a mistake.
